The Avanti Company staff has combined over 50 years of experience in Sales and Technical support of Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) and Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) implementation projects.

Avanti has fully trained dedicated inside staff to support all of the metering systems products we sell including:

• Liquid Controls – LCRII and Fleet Connect
• McCrometer – McConnect cellular, RF and Satellite remote monitoring

Josh King – AMR/AMI Technical Support (863-453-5336) – Responsible for supporting our customers’ AMR and AMI implementations and working closely with the Sales Organization and the Manufacturer to make sure the transition from Manual Read to AMR goes smoothly and efficiently. Josh has had extensive training on our key AMR product lines from both a hardware and software perspective. Avanti’s Sales Reps and Sales Manager have had technical training on these products as well and can assist the Customer in the field.

Josh also has responsibility to support our Remote Monitoring products and has extensive experience in technical and field support of those products.

Mark Whalen – Liquid Controls Metering Systems Support (863-453-5336) – Responsible for technical support of our metering systems connected to the Liquid Controls products and other Industrial product lines we offer. Mark was involved with the initial design of the LCR products and has strong technical and electronic support capabilities. Mark is our inside go to person on all things electronic.
